CYO Sports
The sports program of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish provides all children in the parish with an opportunity to learn and develop skills in a variety of sports. The focus of the program is to provide a Christian atmosphere while encouraging valuable lessons of teamwork and good sportsmanship. We currently offer football, volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, soccer, track and field, and cross-country. With Little
Flower, both parishes co-sponsor the sports programs played by St. Benedict Catholic School students, but invite all children in our parishes to participate. Prior to the school merger, Little Flower’s mascot name was “Flyers” and Our Lady of Lourdes players were the “Lions.” Members of St. Benedict teams are the “Flying Lions.” For more information, contact Maureen Bishop at 419.531.1907 or email at mbishop@stbenedicttoledo.org.

Youth Ministry
This ministry is made of junior high and high school youth of the parish. Events are planned to involve young people in faith-based activities in a safe and fun environment. We seek to help one another grow closer in a relationship with God, to understand His call to be of service to others, and to make our Catholic faith more real in our lives. New members are always welcome! Parents are needed in many ways too. Consider joining youth group if you are a student or becoming involved as a mentor if you are a parent.
